How long does shipping take ?

Your order will be carefully prepared and delivered within the following timeframe, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition:

  • 🇺🇸 USA : 8 – 11 business days
  • 🇬🇧 UK : 6 – 9 business days
Can I return or exchange a physical product?

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Can I return or exchange a digital product?


Because digital products are instantly accessible, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or viewed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

How will I know my order is confirmed?


Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact us at contact@kaysheen.com.

How can I track my order? (physical only)


You will receive an email at every step of the shipping process, keeping you updated until your order arrives at your door. No need to do anything, we'll keep you informed!

Can I modify my order after placing it?


If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase by emailing contact@kaysheen.com. Make sure to include your order number and, ideally, a phone number so we can reach you quickly. As our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after this timeframe.


Can I cancel my order?


Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, send an email to contact@kaysheen.com with your order number and, ideally, a phone number. As our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, cancellations can no longer be guaranteed after this delay. Please note that this delay runs from the moment the order is placed, regardless of the time of day.



I received the wrong or damaged item, what should I do?


We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at contact@kaysheen.com with your order number and all relevant photos (damaged item, packaging, label, etc.). Every situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we'll do our best to find the right solution for you.

Please note that any attempt of fraud, including the use of AI-generated images or content to falsely support a claim, will be taken seriously and may result in legal action.

I can't download or access my digital product, what should I do?


Please check your confirmation email for the download link and make sure to check your spam folder. If you still experience any issue, contact us at contact@kaysheen.com with your order number and a description of the problem, we'll get it sorted for you as soon as possible.



My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?


First, check your tracking information from the emails we sent you at each shipping step. If your order seems delayed or lost, reach out to us at contact@kaysheen.com with your order number and we'll investigate the situation for you.

What materials are used and is the bag vegan ?

The bag is made of vegan-friendly polyurethane with a polyester inner lining, offering a leather-like look, water-resistant protection, and easy everyday maintenance.

How do I clean and maintain the bag ?

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged exposure to heat, and direct sunlight to maintain the bag’s appearance over time.

Below are some common questions about our canvas

How long does it take for my order to be produced?

Manufacturing involves several steps, some of which are manual. Production time varies between 2 and 5 working days maximum. The canvas is hand finished by an experienced framing team, who ensure each corner fold is perfectly smooth and tight.


How are canvas prints made?

Canvas prints are produced using a 12-colour Giclée print process for a museum-quality finish, before being hand-stretched over a wooden frame, which is milled with a curved profile to help minimise contact with the face of the canvas, preventing impression marks and surface cracking.

What are your dispatch times?

The orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours after production.
